Palos Hospital Generator Upgrade/Cath Lab: New Cardiac Cath Lab. Installed 2 new 1500KW generators and synchronous switchgear. Reworked all existing critical, life safety, and equipment feeds to new generators. Decommissioned old generator and old generator feeders.
Palos Parking Structure 3: Installed power, lighting, and fire alarm systems for new parking garage. Also installed temporary power for central plant project.
Palos Central Plant: Installed new medium-voltage switchgear and a new medium-voltage loop around the hospital’s campus. Also added a new voice and data loop around entire campus (directional bored) and added 4 new substations with closed transition main/tie/main. Reworked distribution of entire hospital to new switchgear and also provided 131 scheduled shut downs to rework old feeds. Demoed 6 old distribution switchboards and installed 2 more 1500 KW medium voltage generators with synchronous switchgear for the new central plant. Added power, lighting, and fire alarm for new central plant. Installed medium-voltage infrastructure for new 7-story hospital pavilion.
